A few years back I was notorious among my friends as a most curious person in the group and the reason was my ‘Curiosity’. I used to spend hours, sometimes days, to study books and surf internet to find out upcoming innovative ideas/businesses and obviously I used to keep talking about those things with my friends. They used to listen to things sometimes with interest, maybe not, but it helped me to identify people who are curious like me and who like to talk about different innovative ideas and their success and failures.
Having a conversation with such people saves a lot of time. One day a friend asked me, “Do you know what is Payoneer?”. I thought that it is not in my dictionary yet. That was the first time I heard this name. I accepted my lack of knowledge about Payoneer, but out of curiosity, I asked him more about that. He told me a few things about Payoneer and the kind of service Payoneer is providing etc. And it was sufficient to make me curious. I wanted to know more about Payoneer and question was looming on my head ‘What is Payoneer?’.
I got to know that Payoneer was founded in 2005. Payoneer was a startup that time. But today Payoneer is a globally recognized cross-border e-commerce payment solution for many e-commerce based companies like Amazon, Google, Airbnb etc. To make it easy for your understanding and keep it concise for readers, I will cover two points here:
The first point is : You can use Payoneer’s payment service to receive payments from international companies to your local bank account easily. Payments are made to your Payoneer account and then funds are automatically transferred from Payoneer to your local bank account in your currency. Payoneer empowers businesses with a simple way to transfer cross-border payments. If you are a business/freelancer/professional then you can use Payoneer to receive payments easily from international companies.
And the second point is that : To receive international payment into your local bank account, you need to register to Payoneer first. Then you will have to provide your local bank account details. Once Payoneer receives your payment, it will transfer funds automatically to your bank account within 24 hours. You can view all of your payment history in your Payoneer account.
Payoneer’s Global Payment Service empowers organizations to grow their business and allow them to focus on their key areas of business, without having to worry about payment complexities. Amazon has selected Payoneer to expand it’s cross-border payment options.
Payoneer’s Mass Payout service enables companies to transfer funds internationally quickly, securely and at a reduced cost. As of today, funds can be transferred to more than 200 countries and in over 150 currencies.
I believe now you have got the idea about ‘What is Payoneer?’ and ‘How Payoneer service works?’. Now you can easily understand how Payoneer can help you to solve your payment related problems/complexities. To help you more on Payoneer, I will add more links here soon.
